Terms & Conditions
Payment:
30 % deposit is payable upon booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. Reservations for the months of July, August and September full payment is required in the month of May. Full payment is required for bookings made within 30 days of the rental period.
There is a one time administrative fee of 20 euro.
Length of stay:
All rentals are on a weekly basis, starting and ending on Saturday. Prices are on a weekly basis: unless otherwise mentioned.
Arrival is mostly on Saturday between 16:00 and 20:00. Departure Saturday before 10:00 : unless otherwise mentioned.
Cancellation by the client:
In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:
- Up to 60 days of arrival date - 30% of total cost
- 60-30 calendar days prior to arrival date - 60% of total cost
- 30 calendar days or less prior to arrival date -100% of total cost
Security Deposit:
Upon arrival a security deposit must be paid, in cash. This deposit will be refunded minus any costs or damage. The tenant must maintain the present conditions of the rental property and assume responsibility for all damage or loss. All costs for repairing or replacement purchases are charged to the tenant.
Cleaning:
Upon arrival the property will be clean and tidy. The tenant is responsible for the disposal of all garbage and cleaning the kitchen. On departure the accommodation must be left in tidy conditions.
Pets:
In the houses no domestic animals are allowed unless differently mentioned.
